Oikos – this term from ancient Greece means as much as domestic and economic community. The Student house Oikos is located at the southwestern edge of the district Vauban and is one of our smallest dormitories. The flat-sharing communities are located in the front part of the building, the rear part is rented privately and is not a part of the dormitory.
By bike you will need about 10 to 15 minutes to the city centre, by tram about 7 minutes.

Prices from 291,00 € for a room in a flat-sharing community (rents increasing due to graduated rents)
The rent includes all additional costs, that means electricity, water, heating, garbage and internet fee.

You will find the tram stop at the bridge, which crosses the main station.
Take tram no. 3, direction “Vauban”. Get out at the final stop: “Innsbrucker Strasse”.
The dormitory “OIKOS” is not far away in the Astrid-Lindgren-Strasse 5.
